·         Supervision of all employees of the branch in absence of the BM
·         Implements structure and process orientation that ensures proper delivery of the service to the customers.
·         Responsible for the timely processing of the daily work and reports to the Branch Manager.
·         Responsible for strict adherence to bank policies and procedures.
·         Proactively handles customer service issues and provide timely solutions.
·         Provides clear and effective leadership to the operation staff. 
·         Oversees all data processing activities supporting the deposit & withdrawal servicing of the branch.

·         Authorization of all entries and inputs of maker IDs in Oracle Flex cube CBS.
·         Manual report to top level management as required.
·         Handle other issues of the branch when arises (Related to Operation, Cash, Account opening, Remittance, Money Transfer and Information Technology, and service staff).

·         Account Maintenance for all branches across Afghanistan.
·         Closing of accounts upon receipt of Application from Branches.
·         Adding / Removing new account signatories as introduces by the account signatory/holder.
·         Changing accounts details like address, contacts & etc based on request of the branches.
·         Sending accounts statements on daily & weekly basis to customers manually.
·         Activating Ibank users for customers.
·         Issuing password and ibank certificates to ibank users.
·         Filing & labeling of customer documents and files.
·         Updating accounts information in Master sheet (Customers contacts & etc which are used by CSOs).
·         Updating charges database for those to whom special fee is offered for remittance, payments.
·         Issuing and printing cheque books for all branches of AIB.
·         Applying of Stop payments instruction (Stopping lost cheques of customers at system & collection of fee per instruction).
